This 2nd floor unit offers a superb location to the Watercolor Beach Club and nearby restaurants making it ideal for families to easily access the resort amenities. \*\*Important Information - Please Read\*\* \- Max Occupancy: 6 guests (Confirm guest count at least 10 days prior to arrival) \- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions) \- Incidentals Hold: $700.00\.
