Everything was great! The carriage house was an amazing place to stay. Convenient to everything and the amenities were top notch. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for couples or a small family.

This is great place to stay and we loved the location. The golf cart was a nice addition. The only thing I would mentioned is the couch and chairs could use some updating as they are slightly uncomfortable and worn in, other than that everything is great!

We had such a wonderful stay here. The area is absolutely stunning, the landscaping and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had.We especially loved having access to the bikes, golf cart, and all of the Watercolor amenities. It made getting around and enjoying our stay so easy and fun. Our kids had a blast choosing from the beach toys each day, which was such a thoughtful touch.The location was also perfect. It was just a quick and convenient trip to Seaside’s town center for dining, shopping, and exploring.We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

The location of this property was perfect! Close to pools and easy drive to the local grocery store. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family.

Great Stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The area is so nice and such an easy and close walk to the basketball court and pool. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two boys. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. 5+stars!

We absolutely loved our stay in this carriage house! It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was amazing with its high end appliances. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and I. (I was still healing from a hip replacement.) The golf cart was the reason we rented this carriage house. That was a must for us! We found the place we would want to stay in every time we come to Watercolor! The location was great too! Thank you for sharing this place. Beautiful!

A beautiful carriage house connected to an even more beautiful home. Watercolor is a dreamy neighborhood! Gorgeous and so safe. Access to the beach and beach club makes it perfect. The golf cart is a great bonus! Everything was easy and smooth. We loved this place!

Time away to celebrate a big birthday

We wanted a few days away to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Loved the carriage house - beautifully decorated and just the right size for us. The area is lovely for walking and the golf cart is fun for trips to supermarket. Our only disappointment was when we found one of the bikes had a flat tire having planned a day of cycling. Joey was very quick to respond to any issues just unfortunate that the bike couldn’t be repaired before we had to leave. Would definitely come back

The carriage house was an amazing place to stay. It was charming, convenient to everything, and had great amenities like the pool nearby and bike access to the beach. The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our favorite thing about this property is having the golf cart and the convenience and location it is to Watercolor Town Center, Camp Pool and Seaside.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Linger Longer. Location was perfect. Golf cart was amazing. The amenities at Watercolor did not disappoint. Will be back for sure.
