Condition of facility not what we expected for the $ charged. Looked like someone bought a fixer upper and started on lower level. As you went up each floor, condition deteriorated. Beds were hard as a rock. No safe in room even though listing said there was a safe. Wifi didn't work in rooms. Had to go to common area on main floor. No ice. For what it offered it should be priced at $60 - $70 / night instead of $90

Nice hotel, very close of the beach and everything
The staff was very afable, the room was neat and clean, the location of the hotel it couldn't be better it was very close of the beach. The town it's beautiful. I really enjoyed my vacation, I recommend Canadian Resort Hotel .

Mi estancia fue de lo más agradable entre limpieza la alberca muy limpia los empleados muy atentos lo único es que la salida es a las 10am pero en todo lo demás muy bien

La atención es muy buena, esta muy cerca del embarcadero pero no es un buen lugar para disfrutar de la playa. Es seguro y se puede acceder al centro de Huatulco accediendo por la quinta avenida. Lo que no me gusto fue que en expedí decía que eran camas queen size y el hotel no maneja esas camas, solo matrimoniales y que los armarios huelen a humedad.

Gran hotel, gran servicio pero con colchones duros
Tanto las instalaciones como el trato del personal es excelente, las habitaciones son muy bonitas, la comida del restaurante es buena, asimismo la ubicación es excelente, la limpieza es muy buena, nuestra estancia fue magnifica, el único inconveniente es que los colchones de las camas eran extremadamente duros, ocasionando que nos doliera la espalda, considero que deberían tener un poco mas de cuidado con ello

Tiene una buena ubicación y vista
El personal es muy amable, y amplio en su apoyo de hospedaje, sin embargo el restaurante tanto en personal como en comida es un caos, económico en relación a los restaurantes de la playa, pero mal en cuanto a platillos y servicio de alimentación ya que siempre indican que carecen de algunos ingredientes.

Muy bien en gral.
Lo que faltó es agua y por lo menos vasos aunque fueran de plástico, una recuperación y / o mantenimiento a los clósets, el agua de la alberca muy fría. Por lo demás todo bien

grifo de regadera en mal estado, personal cálido y amable. Expedia no mando a tiempo la reservación, paquete costoso, no cuenta con elevador ni acceso para discapacitados. No lo recomiendo
