The 120m² vacation villa Es Mollet is located in Son Serra de Marina, a town on Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people (ideal for 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years old). The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available.

Guests can relax in the furnished garden or sun in the open and closed terraces, both for private use. The outdoor area also has a pool with showers and a grill, all for private use.

The villa is just a 2 to 4 minute (550 m to 1.5 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. The villa is just a 14 to 17 minute (10 to 8 km) drive from the beautiful Na Patana and S'Arenal d'es Casat beaches on Alcudia bay. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Son Real and Puig de Ferrutx hiking areas just 12 to 14 minutes (6 to 12 km) from the villa or guests can also visit the S'Albufera Natural Park just a 30 minute (16.5 km) drive away. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Capdepera Golf course just a 22 minute (21 km) drive from the villa. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 56 minutes (69 km) from the villa.

Pros: Groot huis, mooi zwembad. Vriendelijke host. Prachtig eiland. Auto gehuurd en heel veel mooie stadjes, stranden en baaitjes bezocht. Top ! Cons: Voor ons 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen 14 en 16 jaar was het te rustig, maar we hebben een auto gehuurd. 10 min hier vandaan liggen ook prachtige dorpjes, maar waar meer te doen was voor ons.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage in erster Reihe am kleinen Hafen / Meer. Dank Fußbodenheizung auch im kühlen März zu empfehlen. Eine Terrasse unten vor Haus, sowie eine weitere Dachterrasse und zusätzlich noch ein Raum unten, der durch große Schiebetüren geöffnet werden kann sind klasse. Komplett ausgestattet, alles vorhanden! Cons: Wir waren nur zu zweit im Haus und das ist auch optimal so. Mit einer Belegung von 4-6 Personen wäre es mit dem einem kleinem Bad in der ersten Etage echt eng. Das zweite Bad ist im Erdgeschoss und kann nur über einen Gang über die Terasse erreicht werden.
