The room was beautifully decorated and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great, as it was just a short walk to the plaza. I was surprised to find that it was only a room as the photos led me to believe that it was an apartment, but perhaps I didn’t read the fine print. The internet was very unreliable. Michael responded promptly to my inquiry and offered a password for another WiFi connection, though connection continued to be intermittent, which meant I had to rely on my personal hotspot for consistent internet. Although the room was really lovely, the seal along the perimeter of the wall in some places was discontinuous, which likely accounts for the sighting of insects on the floor (on four different occasions). If it were not for the latter two issues, I would recommend the hotel without reservation.

really nice little spot in an excellent location near the plaza, yet very quiet. loved the bathtub. we'd definitely stay again!

Nice and clean accommodations. The other rooms with guests were very quiet and respectful. The one door that opens to a large foam section was a bit strange that I couldn't lock that door. Felt my room and the room that door led to could be booked together as a suite if that foam was removed, and that made me a little uncomfortable. I used the furniture in the room to block that door just for my own peace of mind since I was staying alone.
