Villa Zelmar is located in the exclusive Calaconta 33 condominium, on the stunning west coast of Ibiza. With a unique interior design and dreamlike landscaping, it lies close to one of the most spectacular bays of the Mediterranean Sea. Villa Zelmar faces west, offering breathtaking views of Ibiza’s famous sunset, and is less than 500 meters from the beautiful Cala Conta beach, considered by many to be the most stunning on the island, with its crystal-clear waters and private bay with boat access.  
  
This minimalist luxury villa, built on one level using natural stone and wood, offers optimal accessibility and elegant decoration in the distinctive Ibizan style. It sits on a plot of 1,385 m² and has a built area of 450 m². Designed on a single floor, it ensures a harmonious flow of space. The entrance, through a garden lined with rose bushes, welcomes you with awe-inspiring sea views.  
  
The villa features four spacious and cozy bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower, while the other bathrooms feature rain showers. All bedrooms offer direct access to the outdoors, connecting with the garden, lounge area, and pool.  
  
The open-concept kitchen is a culinary paradise, equipped with high-end appliances, double fridges, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area and a comfortable living room with views of the private garden and the Mediterranean Sea, creating an atmosphere of total relaxation.
