Full dining kitchen with capacity for 10 people on the ground floor with access to laundry and pantry.
Large living room with different environments (reading area, piano, satellite TV area and Wi-Fi).
The exterior of the house has a garden with a pond as well as several terraces with pleasant views of the sea and the mountains in a natural and privileged area of the north of Ibiza.
Outside dining area to enjoy pleasant evenings.
Large sunny pool surrounded by grass and palm trees ideal for cooling off during the day or after enjoying an evening in the outdoor dining room.
Ample parking
The entire enclosure is fenced and protected.
The access door to the enclosure is automatic.
The house is in a privileged enclave to enjoy different hiking trails that lead to typical constructions of the island such as natural fountains and old lime kilns.

Idyllic Retreat
A fantastic finca and family home in a beautiful and tranquil setting, one of the very best in Ibiza. Cristina and her husband have done a great job in creating a real home away from home. The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need and we especially appreciated all of the kitchen and garden equipment along with their general attention to detail is this spotlessly clean home. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful and secluded home from home - we absolutely fell in love with it!
This wonderful villa exceeded expectations and we cannot wait to return! Cristina and her husband have worked hard to make their property comfortable and homely as well as being spotlessly clean throughout. The kitchens are very well equipped and we enjoyed eating outside in the different areas according to the time of day. The location, although secluded, was well situated to visit many of the coves in the north of the island. The village of Sant Joan had some restaurants, small supermarket, banks and a pharmacy. We particularly enjoyed a couple of meals at Cafe Vista Alegre where many locals seemed to gather for live music. Thank you for a lovely holiday!
