La Casa di Emy is an apartment located on the first floor of a residence with swimming pool, where you can relax without having any kind of disturb. It is located in a raised area just 1km from the lake, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view.

In three minutes by car you can easily reach the lake shore and all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank).



You can choose whether to live your holiday always on the go to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying on the terrace or by the pool!



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster and electric kettle; furthermore, during the summer you can have lunch and dinner directly on the terrace enjoying the view!



To complete the living area we find a sofa bed and a TV.



The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and towels for the bathroom.



Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!



The apartment does not have a private parking space, there are several condominium shared parking spaces where you can park.
