This two bedroom spacious apartment comprises of a large sea view double bedroom with en-suite with large walk in shower. A second double bedroom can be set up with 2 single beds or king size bed and second shower room, also a double bed settee in the lounge allowing this apartment to sleep a total of 6 people comfortably.
The apartment has a large terrace area, self catering kitchen and free wifi, allocated underground parking space.

There are lifts throughout the complex allowing easy access to all areas, including large pool area and children's pool, which is heated all year round.

The apartment is on the popular seaside area of golf del sur which has a great variety of restaraunts and cafe's as well as a large shopping area which comes alive at night with live entertainment.

Welcome to Duquesa del Mar. Please enjoy your stay with us. Please remember that this is a residential complex, in other words this is our home. We would ask that you observe the following rules, most of which are just common sense.

NOISE AND DISTURBANCE

Please refrain from excessive noise or disturbance that might inconvenience other residents particularly late at night. (e.g. loud music, TV or late parties). IT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR NOISE TO CONTINUE AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT.

BALCONIES

Please do not hang clothes or towels over the balustrades of balconies. Clothes should be dried using the drying rack provided. Cleaning balconies should be done first by sweeping up excess dust and then by using a mop and bucket. Water hosepipes should not be used in any circumstances.

SWIMMING POOL AREA

Pool Opening Times: November to February 09.00 to 18.30
March to October 09.00 to 20.00

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
BALL GAMES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR ON ANY PUBLIC TERRACES
Music players and radios are not allowed around the pool area unless headphones are used.
Drinks are only permitted in plastic glasses or containers.
Please take ALL litter away when leaving the pool area.
Up to a maximum of three inflatables are allowed in the pool at any time. Users are expected to show courtesy and consideration to people wishing to swim, and must ensure that inflatables are removed from the water when not being used.
Any inflatables left in the pool area outside of pool times are liable to be destroyed.
The leaving of towels on sunbeds to reserve them is strictly not allowed.
There is no charge for using sunbeds, but all sunbeds should be returned to the place they were collected from before leaving the pool area.

LIFTS

Capacity indicated in each of the lifts should never be exceeded. Children under 14 years should always be accompanied by an adult. Smoking is not permitted in the lifts.
In the event of a lift failure, pressing the emergency bell will connect you to the Thyssen Krupp service centre, who will advise further. Emergency number is 922 736082

RUBBISH

Household rubbish must be taken in sealed plastic bags and placed in the Basuras provided. These are situated at the front of the complex near to the Bestbuys supermarket, and to the right of the rear gate on the roadside. Dustbins should not be placed in communal areas (e.g. on landings, corridors etc. The waste bins around the complex are not to be used for household waste as this creates a health hazard.
Please do not dispose of nappies, sanitary towels and tampons in the W.C.

ANIMALS

Dogs are not allowed outside the apartment area except when in transit, and then must be carried. Owners must clean up after their pets. Please do not feed any stray or wild animals.

DAMAGES

The cost of repairs for damage to the communal areas caused by owners or their guests may be imposed under the Articles of Association and Law on Joint Freehold.

Family holiday - Duquesa Del Mar - Golf Del Sur
Had a fantastic holiday at the Duquesa complex. Mike’s apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed - was like a home from home! Loved it! The area is ideal for golfers. As a family we prefer a more tranquil location to be based and are happy to drive 10 minutes to bigger resorts if/when required. Had a good few nights at the Wildgeese Irish Bar which is on the complex doorstep - great fun! Mini market and restaurants close by too. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back again in the not too distant future. Thanks for a great holiday! ☀️

Nice apartment with a few flaws
The apartment is large, airy, and in a good location for local restaurants. However, the pub one floor below with outdoor seating and games is very noisy at night until about 1:00am. (If you are a party person, this is your place.) The apartment needs to be cleaned, especially the bathrooms, and maintenance/updates performed. The pool was beautiful and well maintained.
