solo vacation

it was very hard to find the key to the room. there are so many locks and the letters had fade away. The elevator was very rocky. The parking was a hassle, and I had no Wi-Fi during my stay and there was loud construction around the area. but the host was very responsive and tried their best to accommodate my needs.

Mixed feelings

The location is convenient if you're attending an event at the convention center, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The cleanliness of the place was disappointing—no clean sheets were provided for the futon, which was also very uncomfortable. The pillows and pillow covers were dirty, which made sleeping unpleasant.There was no internet connection during our entire stay. We reported the issue, but it took three days for someone to show up, and when they did, they offered no solution and were dismissive, even giving us attitude.Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations, and I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.---
