Welcome to your coastal retreat—perfectly located just steps from Villa Marina Yacht Harbor and minutes from Puerto Rico’s most stunning beaches! Inside, this thoughtfully designed condo offers comfort and privacy. The bedrooms are tucked away from the main living area, creating a peaceful escape for everyone. Start your day with coffee or wind down in the evening on the private balcony—ideal for reading, relaxing, or taking in the breeze. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite full bath, A/C, and generous closet space. The guest room is great for families or groups, with a full bed, twin-over-full bunk beds, A/C, and its own spacious storage. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the guest room. This condo also includes a rare bonus—a built-in cistern providing backup water during outages, a feature not often found in condos. There is one assigned parking spot near the apartment, but there is ample guest parking located at the back of the complex, a short walk to the apartment. We recommend renting a car during your stay. Uber and public transportation is not always reliable outside of San Juan. We do have 7 passenger SUV's available for rent. \*\*PLEASE NOTE\*\* The exterior of the complex and the grounds are currently undergoing renovations. The buildings are being painted, the roads in the complex are scheduled to be re-paved soon.
