It was a great stay. Staff at the reception were amazing. Rooms were very clean. Make sure you check your reservation includes AC. There was a mistake with ours in there system but the receptionist was kind and helped us get a room with AC without an attitude or excuses. Would stay again

Good hotel with only the essentials. Friendly staff. Not located well for easy access, but is walking distance to the central plaza and all that is there. Restaurant is only open for a small breakfast buffet, and doesn’t open until 8:30.

Great, but need better customer service!
Clean with plenty of space and centrally located to the church! The front desk was helpful when assisting with obtaining an early taxi ride the next day. The only complaint was that they messed up my reservation, I was charged for a larger 2-bed room but received a smaller one bed room. When asked if I could obtain a refund of the price difference, they said they couldn’t support me with this because it was done through hotels.com. If it was a mistake on the hotel’s part, they should have made up for their mistake by granting me that refund!

I like the fact that it’s a brand new hotel easy to find and it’s walking distance to church restaurants or anything that u might be looking for

Nice big rooms, I love having air conditioning in the room. However, you need to add phones in the rooms, in case a guest needs something.

Todos los servicios me agradaron con excepción del desayuno bufette pues no hay variedad y no tiene sabor. Está algo retirado de la catedral pero eso ayudo a conocer más tiendas . No recomendable por si llevas a alguien en silla de ruedas pues si es algo cansado trasladarlo a pie.

Es un buen lugar para descansar, con muy buena limpieza, el personal es amable y atento. Solo sugiero mejorar la señal del internet, poner almohadas más cómodas.
