Take a quick dip to get refreshed then lounge around the gorgeous pool all while looking off into beautiful Chilleno Bay. Enjoy barbecues with family and friends while enjoying the expansive outdoor area with dining table, lounge chairs and a beautifully landscaped yard. Then, take in the colors of the sunset while relaxing in the private hot tub. The open floor plan of this naturally light 3 bedroom 3 bath 2300 square foot home is perfect for entertaining family and friends. A beautiful seating area with floor to ceiling glass doors open to a patio with stunning Mediterranean gardens and gorgeous ocean views. A high ceiling living room also has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. A recently updated kitchen with ocean blue countertops that frame the stainless steel kitchen appliances and a small freestanding work area will satisfy all of your culinary needs – all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie. There is a informal dining area for 4 near the kitchen and a large formal dining area for 8 with sweeping ocean views so everyone can easily eat together. A king master suite located upstairs allows you to relax in style and comfort while enjoying the magnificent ocean and white water views from both the bedroom as well as the private deck. It is accompanied by an en suite bath with a large beautifully designed walk-in shower. A second king bedroom with a large flat screen TV is located downstairs with a second bath next to it. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens and bedding for your ultimate comfort. The third bedroom is a ''Casita'' (attached suite with it's own entrance). It shares a wall with the main house, but you need to walk outside to go between the two. It is comfortably designed with a full kitchen, king bed, full bath, and a living room equipped with a sleeper sofa. A great option for large families or multiple families looking for a little more privacy as the home comfortably sleeps 8. A/C, high-speed internet/WI-FI, a washer and dryer, and driveway parking are also available. This home is located about halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. It is about a mile north of Chilleno Bay and about 2-3 miles north of Playa Santa Maria, a popular dive location. It is about a 15 minute drive out of Cabo San Lucas along the corridor and a 25-30 minute drive from the airport. This home allows guests to be close to all of the action and fun in town as well. It’s the perfect 'center' location for dining & shopping in either San Jose or Cabo San Lucas. Golfers will love being within a 10 minute drive to Cabo Real, Palmilla & Cabo Del Sol. The place is only one house back from the beach, so we were out there all the time enjoying the water. We found fantastic snorkeling off the rocks just to the east of the property. The house was as advertised and really comfortable for our group of 5\. I would recommend it for any family trip. The property management was very responsive and took care of any issues we had almost immediately (needed more blankets, a broken umbrella, etc). Full recommend. ##### Noah R. House needs to be gutted inside!!! It is an old, broken down, unkept house with disgusting kitchen, worn out floors and furniture, BBQ was rusted and did not work, no live TV. A streamer was sent to us after a month for one of the TVs but still no live TV programming. No TV in 2nd bedroom. Cupboards falling off their hinges, shelving falling apart, leaking taps in bathroom and kitchen (this was fixed after we complained), no glass glasses except for wine, we had to buy some!!! No outside lighting for when we would come home at night!!! Dangerous, no railings on the second floor balcony which is unlawful, no railings off the porch on the main floor, no staircase to come down to the pool - only a ramp!!! The main bedroom had no chairs, no closet to hang our clothes...and more. WE WANT A REFUND!!!. I asked to have us changed to another place but was told there was no other place!!!! We also lost 6 days of our holidays waiting for people to come and fix things! I took some pictures and will happily send them to you. And yet, you post this place on VRBO!!! I also paid for cleaning and was told the charge was for cleaning before and after we leave!!! I have never paid for that as it is up to the owners to have the place clean when we arrive. We had to pay extra for cleaning... rip off!!! You do not have to pay to get your room cleaned at a hotel, why should I have to pay for this on a rental? Please respond!! ##### Louise G.
