I arrived at this hotel and realized that I had been lied to about several features over the phone by the hotel staff prior to booking. They refused to give me a refund, and would not put a manager on the the phone to Expedia. Expedia was also not helpful in this situation, which was very frustrating as i have been a great long term, high revenue client. Very disappointed in such poor customer care.

Based on the conversation you had with multiple Front Office Managers and the Front Desk agents, you were asking us to break our safety policies and allow unregistered guests access to our property and guest spaces. We hope you can understand that your requests were neither reasonable, nor responsible.
