This property has a gorgeous patio and is a tranquil and private indoor/outdoor living space. It is 1/2 mile from Balboa Park and 2 miles from Downtown. 15min to area beaches. The property comes with a parking spot in the driveway and in unit, laundry. Come check it out. I bet you'll like it. The Space: This private guest suite is located on the lower level and is accessed by going down few steps from street level. It features a separate entrance and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
