Located in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood just minutes from Chollas Lake Park and 15 minutes from downtown and the airport. The Space: Experience the warmth and charm of a true family home. You’ll have full access to both levels of this split-level property, offering plenty of room to gather or unwind in privacy. Main Level: Bedroom 1: King size bed (1) Bedroom 2: Double size bed (1) Bedroom 3: Twin size bed (1) Two full bathrooms (Jack and Jill) Living room with dining area and balcony access Fully equipped southern-style kitchen \*\*The fireplace is decorative only and not available for use. Lower Level Studio: Bedroom 1: Full size bed (1) Dining space with kitchenette (microwave, air fryer, mini fridge, coffee maker, water dispenser) Full bathroom with shower Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home, including both levels, the front and back yard, and driveway. The Neighborhood: For shopping and dining, the nearby College Grove Shopping Center offers plenty of options, from Walmart, Target, and Kohl’s to Starbucks, Sam’s Club, and local cafés and restaurants. Oak Park offers a peaceful, family-friendly setting while keeping you just minutes from downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, the beaches, and the airport. Getting Around: Centrally located, only 15 minutes from the airport and downtown San Diego. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available, and there’s on-site parking for your convenience. Other Things to Note: Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. \-------- A valid ID is required at check-in.
