  • Enjoy making memories with the family in our spacious 4-bedroom home! Located just a quick 5-minute drive from Downtown San Antonio, this is your gateway to countless attractions, venues, restaurants, and popular tourist sites.

    For those who love the outdoors, the Mission/Riverwalk trails are nearby and ideal for walking, running, or biking. The trail stretches more than 12 miles from the downtown Riverwalk through Southtown, connecting several of the historic Missions. Along the way, you’ll find bike rental stations, and you may even spot a few adventurous folks canoeing down the river.

    Inside, the home offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for the whole family. The master bedroom features a beautiful king-size bed. Two guest rooms each have a queen-size bed, the fourth bedroom includes two twin beds, and the family room provides an additional sofa sleeper.

    *** Our garage is unavailable. The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles, and street parking is permitted as long as vehicles remain at least 15 feet from any fire hydrant.

Nice clean house in fairly nice neighborhood. Comfortable. No more than 20 minutes from anywhere we went. Had a nice dinner with the roommate and her parents at steak Brazilian steak house on River Walk.

Graduation Stay

I traveled to San Antonio for my master’s degree graduation, and Carlos' home was the ideal choice for my family. The space was not only immaculate but also incredibly spacious. My toddler and 9-year-old had a blast with the games and enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Carlos was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay. 2024 Eclipse Trip

Carlos, the host was very responsive to my requests. There was a problem with the A/C and he got it repaired that evening which made an enjoyable evening for my family. The home is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and to the freeway to get around the city. Beds were comfortable, the home was clean and made for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again!

I brought the family to be with Mom/Grandma in her final days. The property was a perfect fit for our family, and Carlos was amazing. I had the pleasure of occupying this home for my son’s Airforce BMT graduation ceremony & it was a decent stay. Carlos (Host) was very attentive & reachable. It’s also within the 1604 loop & about 15-20 mins away from Lackland. Very comfy & clean. The only issue was, there were no TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms, only in the master. We like to watch tv and relax & had to view movies in the living room or on our devices. Overall, it was enjoyable. 👍

Wonderful Stay!

This rental met all of our needs. It was easy access to destinations, clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for representation is because some pics in the listing were not consistent to the house, most notably the backyard. The backyard has a brick patio and a sitting area. It also slopes. It is not flat and grassy as depicted in the photo. This was not an issue for us, in fact our smoker friend was happy to have a place to sit when he went outside. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we loved San Antonio.

Overall a nice stay. The pack and play for our baby was dirty and there were some splatters on a couple walls but the place seemed fairly clean other than that. The beds were kind of hard but they did have extra pillows in a closet and we appreciated that. The location was close to downtown which was very convenient. The host was friendly and helpful. They had snacks on the counter and waters in the fridge which was great for the first night.
