Nice place, TERRIBLE location

The place itself was clean, fun, and very modern. Nowhere in the photos do you see it sits on a street with 10+ stray dogs, animal control and cops stopping at neighbor homes daily, and a feeling of unsafe. We enjoyed the game room most.

Nice place, on the inside

My husband and I stayed here for a spring break get away. It was a new listing when we booked, so there were no reviews. Wish I had researched the area more. On the inside it is a great space. It served our needs well. The high ceilings were great, and it was quite spacious. The couch was subpar, and a more comfortable one would be nice, but otherwise all good. It was extremely clean on the inside. Stepping outside was another story. On the property alone there were weeds everywhere. Nothing had been managed, front or back. The neighborhood was not what we were expecting. We went from car to house and did not stay outside at all. On the weekend it was extremely loud - on Sunday night heavy music until 11:30pm. During the week it was more of a ghost town. We got used to it, but it was definitely not what we expected, and wish I’d done more research. If you know the area and want to be in this part of town, it is a great house!
