Miles of sandy beaches with golden sand and crystal clear, mostly shallow waters, lined with dunes and Mediterranean vegetation. The villa was completely renovated in 2021 with great attention to detail and offers maximum comfort without sacrificing classic architectural elements of the area, such as the magnificent star-shaped vaulted ceilings and pretty porcelain ceiling lamps. It is equipped with a large living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed or two single beds depending on your needs), two bathrooms each with a shower. Up to six people can stay in the house, two of them on the double sofa bed in the living room. Outside there is a shaded canopy and a modern gas kitchen with BBQ overlooking the pool, ideal for your al fresco lunches and dinners; an external bathroom and shower; and a beautiful pool for exclusive use (approx. 8 x 4 meters, depth approx. 1.40 m), also completed in 2021, surrounded by a large lawn area lined with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. Also of note is the tasteful outdoor lighting that frames your evenings outside. The interiors of the villa are very comfortably furnished. There is air conditioning throughout the house and a modern heating system with gas boiler for the colder months the villa can therefore be used all year round. The kitchen is equipped with AEG dishwasher, oven, gas hob and large fridge freezer, plates, crockery, pots, cutlery and everything you need to prepare your own meals. There are also mosquito nets in all rooms and a washing machine. The business quality WiFi connection with unlimited data traffic also allows you to work remotely from the villa. The villa has just been added to our collection and is available at a reduced introductory price: seize the opportunity now for an unforgettable holiday at an excellent value for money! The villa is surrounded by a large private garden of about 6,000 square meters that offers maximum privacy and is located in a very quiet area. The nearest beaches are those of Pescoluse, about 4 km away; additionally, in the area of ​​Pescoluse and its neighboring town Torre Vado you will find numerous restaurants and shops. The house is not accessible by public transport, so we recommend a car, but there is also the possibility to rent bikes in the area. You can also rent boats with or without a skipper or take boat tours to the sea caves of Leuca, as well as engage in a wide range of sporting activities, including water sports. Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person. Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure. Pets are NOT allowed in this property. We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. Posizione tranquilla, ma vicina ai servizi e al mare. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e abbiamo trovato la villa molto pulita e accogliente. Top! Se dovessi dare qualche suggerimento direi in primo luogo migliorare il servizio di raccolta rifiuti. Purtroppo legato ai servizi locali che non funzionano bene, ma occorre evitare a chi affitta di trovarsi prima della partenza a dover trovare personalmente un luogo di smaltimento rifiuti. Altra cosa suggerirei di trovare una soluzione affinché sia possibile cenare fuori nel portico. Purtroppo a causa vespe e api non è stato possibile ed è un vero peccato vista la location. Consapevole di essere in campagna ma eventualmente prevedere zanzariere nel portico potrebbe essere un'idea. Für den Süden Italiens, alles sehr gepflegt und top in Schuss. Die Qualität der Materialen ist hochwertig. Der Pool ist super und die gesamte Anlage ist mega angenehm. in den Zimmern ein Schrank für die Kleidung wäre super. Sehr ruhige Lage auf dem Land. Der Pool war sehr sauber und hat eine optimale Grösse. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz. Bei schönem Wetter hat es einen ganz tollen und grosszügigen gedeckten Sitzplatz. Die Grillecke mit Wasser und Abwaschbecken rundet das gesamte perfekt ab. Nicht zu vergessen ist die saubere Waschmaschine hinter dem Haus und die Terrasse mit Weitblick auf dem Dach. Wir scheinen ein anderes Sauberkeitsempfinden zu haben als die Leute, die dieses Haus innen putzen. Sauber ist für uns anders. Garagentor lässt sich nach einem Stromausfall nicht mehr öffnen. Um raus zu kommen mussten wir die Besitzer avisieren, die dann extra vorbeikommen mussten, um das Tor mit einem Schlüssel zu öffnen, damit wir das Grundstück verlassen konnten. Was wäre, wenn jemand früh morgens abreisen möchte und das Tor ist zu.... Wir sind der Meinung, dass da eine bessere Lösung gefunden werden muss.
