The living room on the main level comes with a 75" TV, an electric fireplace, a leather sofa, a coffee table, a desk with chair and a half bath for your convenience. Walking down to the ground level, you will find another living room that comes with a 75" TV with premium audio, a sleeping sofa, a coffee table and another half bath for your convenience. Ski storage rack, EV changer and epoxy coated floor in the garage. Extra linens will be provided to a group of more than 7 guests with fees. Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee. There is park right next to the townhome. Plenty of street parking at front on a first come first serve basis. A few minutes walk to the Front Climbing Gym.
