Observations: The apartment is rented with bed linen and bath towels (not beach towels). The parking is communal under the residence, (space not assigned) a card will be given to identify the car with the apartment, to notify in case of need. The accommodation: Beautiful fully equipped apartment. Located in a private residence. The house consists of: \- 2 double bedrooms (135 cm), built-in wardrobe, window and ceiling fan \- 1 double bedroom (2 90cm beds), built-in wardrobe, window and ceiling fan. \- Dining room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and access to a beautiful and large terrace with side sea views. \- 1 bathroom with full shower. \- Equipped kitchen. \- Community pool. \- Community parking (unassigned space) \- garden area. The surroundings: The apartment is located 50 meters from the Cami de Ronda, it is a very quiet private residential area. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic holiday. Location and surroundings: 100 m from Cala Penya, 2 km from the town centre, 10 km from the airport, 7 km from PORT AVENTURA, 100 m from the supermarket, 50 m from the bus stop, family tourism, charming accommodation Interior: TV, air conditioning in the living room, Kitchen and appliances: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc. Additional information: Pets are NOT allowed, smoking is NOT allowed inside (on the terrace) and groups of young people are not allowed. House rules: 1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay. 2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets and bath towels (not beach towels). 3º.
