Cet appartement, avec une vue panoramique sur la Méditerranée et époustouflante sur le Golfe de Saint-Tropez, bénéficie d'une exposition pleine sud et se situe de 30 mètres de la plage et du Casino, et 200 mètres du Port de Saint Maxime.  
Le centre Historique piétonnier est à 5 minutes à pied.  
Cet appartement occupe à lui seul le 5ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur. Il dispose sur son pallier d'une cabine de douche pour désensabler les enfants et les grands ainsi pour éviter le sable dans l'appartement (tout a été pensé.)  
Cet appartement, doté d’une climatisation réversible, vous propose 3 chambres composées comme suit :
