Private: property, orchard. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Le Plagnol" 18 km, rocky beach "Rives Borne" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Vallon Pont d'arc 52 km, Grotte Chauvet 56 km, Les Vans 23 km, Canyoning Gorges de Chassezac 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Villefort 6 km. Hiking paths: Corniche de Casteljo 17 km, Sentier vigneron Lablachère 18 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house.
