This beautiful single-family house "Le Préau" is a vacation rental situated in the hamlet Le Petit Then, 2 km from the center of Saint Vincent-de-Paul, France. This room provides direct access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and the other with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (extra). It also has an exit leading to the terrace.

The amenities included in the property are air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue (portable), a dishwasher, and pet-friendly accommodations (maximum 1 small pet/dog allowed).
