Cocoonr agency affers you this charming 41 m² flat in Saint-Malo, at 200m from the "Plage de l'Eventail", has wifi (fibre optics) and can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, good-sized bedroom and bathroom. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.

\- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station approx. 5 min by car (1.7 km), 25 min walk, served by bus line 2.  
\- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, approx. 1h05 by car (76.3 km)  
\- From Place St-Vincent, you'll find bus departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.   
\- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey are available from the ferry terminal, a 15-minute walk away.
