L'appartement est très propre et très bien décoré, de plus il est idéalement placé. Place de parking disponible sur le coté de la résidence. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. L'appartement est beau, situé au sud de Saint Malo à proximité du parc de la Briantais. Il est propre et bien équipé, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Seul bémol, le stationnement dans la rue, il y avait du monde le soir il fallait se garer à une ou deux rues. ##### Alexandre D. Aussi bien la plage qui est à 3 minutes à pied que d'un grand parc à 2 minutes. Appartement très propre et neuf ! Accueil très chaleureux de Line qui se montre très a l'écoute des voyageurs. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Julien mais leur petites attentions par messages nous ont fait très plaisir.
