Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 26 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- 26 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Separate WC \- Shower room Second floor: \- On the landing, a sofa bed (sleeps 2) \- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
