Go up the stairs.... Make way for the living room with its cosy atmosphere. Flat screen TV, sofa, dining area....
Its open kitchen offers everything you need: a 3-burner induction hob, a hood, a microwave, a mini-oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a table top refrigerator and a dishwasher...
A bathroom with shower, electric towel dryer and a hair dryer...
An independent toilet.
Go down two steps to access the bedroom with its 160cm bed and a velux window.
No garden or outside, the beach is three minutes away! What could be better!
Its ++ : wifi access, all comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, a bike room.
A public parking lot is available on site. It is forbidden to smoke inside and to stay with animals.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
