Equipped kitchen area: 4 ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and electric coffee maker. Separate toilet. On the first floor, one bedroom with a king-size bed (90x200cm twin bed bases and mattresses), closets, and a small loggia. A second bedroom with a king-size bed (90x200cm twin bed bases and mattresses), closets, and a bathroom. Parking for one small vehicle is available in the narrow driveway at the front. E/W exposure. Ideal for family vacations, located approximately 500m from the beach, Aqualand, and shops. RES. WITH SMALL SECURE POOL, open from June 1 to September 30\. PETS ALLOWED.
