The property was found as presented in the listing, and the Property Manager was available for any questions. The stay was pleasant, but with one caveat for those that vacation with the intent to lounge around. There are no good places to sit comfortably with a family. The only soft surface seating is a smallish 3 seater couch. With a family of 4 someone was always sitting in a kitchen chair before just wandering back to lay in a bed and play on a personal device. On the other hand with the ping pong table, darts, and other things available I could see the house being perfect for a guys/gals getaway.

AMAZING!
Stunning views! We had a great time. The cabin was perfect for our family. Enough space to be really comfortable and everyone have their own room Nice cozy cabin! We stayed for a week and in the beginning of our trip it was freezing, downstairs bathroom had a heater which made a BIG difference! The river was beautiful and a nice adventure without even leaving the property! Breathtaking views without a doubt! The owner, Mark was very informative and there to answer any questions or concerns we may have had from booking to even after we checked out. Very nice and friendly!

If you are looking for something homey then this is the perfect stay. Loved the house and the owner made it easy to find with his directions. My kids loved it and even the grandparents had a good time. Had a slight problem with the water but he fixed it tye next day(very fast considering it was right before Christmas). The host was wonderful! Ten out of ten I would recommend!

Idyllic setting for memorable reunion
I'd never been to a VRBO property before and didn't know exactly what to expect, but I immediately felt at home. This property is clean, comfortable and perfectly maintained. Location is remote enough to be quiet and private, but grocery stores are not far away in case you forget something. I'd go back in a heartbeat or recommend it to friends. We probably will return someday. We felt as welcome as friends or family and Mark was helpful and communicative from booking through locking up and signing out. Mark, thanks for helping us make this Thanksgiving reunion a great memory.

Wonderful cabin for a great weekend trip!
We had a horse event at Tryon International Equestrian Center. This off the beaten path cabin was in a great location for that center. Mark, the owner, was very helpful before and during the weekend. We enjoyed the fire pit the first night and the sun rises with the trees turning colors were stunning. Highly recommend the cabin and working with the owner.

The cabin was perfect for our family. We had a great time staying there while attending TIEC for my daughters horse show. The cabin was quiet, quaint and clean. The owners were available via text and phone and were very helpful and informative. Would recommend and stay again.

Awesome weekend getaway
Property is awesome. Cabin was very clean and the back porch was an awesome place to hang out. Unfortunately the basement was blocked off during our stay but didn’t effect any of our activities. Fire pit area is awesome as well as the river! Highly recommend.
