On the ground floor of a secure building, this 30 m² flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. In the main room, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils) opening onto the living room with a dining table, a sofa bed that sleeps two and a television. The separate bedroom has a comfortable bed (149x190) and a chest of drawers for storage. There is also a shower room with a washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer, iron and shower. The property is equipped with fibre optics and a smart television, giving you easy access to all your applications (Netflix, Deezer, Spotify, YouTube, etc.). Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours.
