Welcome to Willow Manor! This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with a 180° view of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga Valley. This home is freshly remodeled and boast so much charming old home character! Curved archways and large airy windows throughout! Located right in Flintstone, GA below Chattanooga, this destination is only 15-20 mins away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more. Please read the full listing description! The airy dining room is filled with large windows showcasing views and there is a large dining room table which provides seating for 8! Take in the gorgeous mountain views from the spacious front deck to enjoy throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front with vast brand new windows and sliding glass doors. When entering the home, you are welcomed by the living room and the first wing of the house which has 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 has a full/twin bunk bed, and the master bedroom has a king! The living room sofa is a couch bed! There are smart TV's in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in this home along with a large smart TV in the living room. Go past the living room game table and past the half bath and you arrive at the open concept kitchen, dining room, and sunroom! The airy dining room is filled with large windows showcasing views and there is a large dining room table which provides seating for 8! Take in the gorgeous mountain views from the spacious front deck right off the kitchen to enjoy throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front with vast brand new windows and sliding glass doors.The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, plate-ware, cookware, and every utensil you will need to cook during your stay. Please take note below in the "Important things to know section about the Ice machine and Oven". \*\*\*There are 3 vacation rentals on this property. This is the large main home which is connected to an addition that has an upstairs and downstairs apartment units that are also vacation rentals. There is no access to the other units inside the home. They each unit have their own private and separate entrances. Shared Fire-Pit: You are welcome to use the shared fire pit in the middle of the circle driveway. It is a shared space between the other vacation rentals on the property. You will need to bring your own camping chairs, lighter, and wood. Charcoal Grill: There is a charcoal grill right outside the glass sliding doors off the kitchen. You will need to bring your own charcoal, starter, and lighters. Please clean the grate after you use it! DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time. NO PARTYING NO SMOKING INSIDE MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. Weather and Outages! As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel. This house was as described and clean, and the communication was great! The only recommendation I would have is that there would be hooks on the back of the bedroom doors to hang clothes since there are no closets to hang formal clothing. The master bedroom did have a very large closet, but was inconvenient to get to at times. We were there for a wedding at Ridge Rose, which is only nine minutes away. We had both of our daughters, their husbands and a one and 1/2 year old with us. Since the bedrooms were at one end of the house and the kitchen area was at the other end, we could stay up and visit with each other without bothering those sleeping. My daughter and her family, my son and daughter-in-love, my mother, my husband and I were able to stay there very comfortably. We had a wonderful time and the location was convenient for going to Chattanooga. The driveway was a little daunting, but luckily we didn’t encounter any cars on the way up or down. The house itself could use a little TLC, but overall, it’s cute, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is great. Even though there are other rentals on the property, there’s a lot of privacy. My biggest issue was the house wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. There were cobwebs in corners and under furniture, dead bugs in vases, and dust buildup. I ended up cleaning when we got there. Otherwise, it was a decent stay for the money. ##### Rachael V. There was enough room for all of us and had pretty much everything we needed. The hill was a little challenging at first especially at night but not too bad. I do believe it could be better if some things were fixed and maintained. The exterior is pretty rotted, there were a lot of beetles everywhere especially on the ceiling in the kitchen. The couch arm was broken and the full bathroom shower would not stay up so the water obly came out of the bottom. There wer no chairs by the fire pit so anytime we used it we had to carry chairs back and forth. The lights on the outside did not work and were an electrical hazard. As well as the electrical box for the whole house is hanging off the side of the house. I just think the house needs attention overall. ##### Natalia G. My young children found places to play together and separately. My son and I used the spacious yard to play baseball. … The location requires about 20 minutes to downtown and about 15 minutes more to most hiking spots. Oven is difficult, limited towels (did get more when we asked), and parking is confusing. Need to have your own streaming apps and passwords if you want to watch TV. Would have liked a toaster. Glad we didn't bring firewood since there is no furniture near the firepit, which isn't near the house. Needs a little updating. ##### L S. We did have some issues with one of the showers and toilet not working properly, also the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. River City Rentals absolutely delivered with their beautiful Main House on Hemlock Hill! 1) The property itself was a perfect representation of Chattanooga Valley! It felt like touching the sky every time we set foot outside. Driving up the mountain road added to the experience of reaching a paradise on the precipice of the hill (Low gear helps!). The home itself is very unique and custom feeling with more than enough space for all of us. Kindly thought out decorations add to the charm (as well as the kind welcome with Moon Pies!). 2). The location was perfect for all the main attractions we wanted to experience. About a 10-15 min drive max to all our excursions meant we were close enough for convenience, yet secluded enough for comfort. 3). The hosts are AMAZING! Brianna was always kind when we called or emailed, and Renee stopped by the property a few times to check on us. Such a sweet and efficient team! One minor thing to prepare for: The fridge ice maker and water dispenser were not fully functional during our stay, so have some water bottles and bags of ice with you if needed.
