I live in the building and I'm present for any needs, concerns or advice of any kind! I speak perfect English and Spanish, and a little bit of French. One of the peculiar, yet fascinating aspects of this loft is the fact that the entire building is connected via a traditional narrow and steep staircase. This is a typical sign that clearly classifies this building, along with all it's apartments in it, as one of Rome's genuinely antique buildings. Yes, this means that a little bit of healthy exercise is included in the whole package (free of charge!) and, depending on the amounts of pasta and pizza you'll be eating during your stay in Rome (I have amazing recommendations for you regarding restaurants, bars, etc), you'll surely go back home in a better shape!! There is a Chair lift for luggage to reach the fifth floor.
