Perfect holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this Modern upsides down Villa, The property is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the upper ground level is all open planned with one of the four bedrooms which is the master suite complete with a dressing room and en-suite. The you go down to a further three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and the garage which hosts a pool/table tennis table and a utility room. Outstanding property, although there are bars, shops and restaurants within a 20 minute walk. I do recommend hiring a car to get out and about to other areas and beaches.

Short break with friends

Stayed at the villa for 3 nights with friends, the villa is of a high standard, immaculate throughout with excellent facilities. Whilst there is building work going on in the local area this did not impact our stay. The communications with André and Nathalie to arrange entry and exit from the villa was clear and they were flexible with our arrival time and allowed us early entry. Would recommend this villa for both families and groups of friends.

Lovely stay at this great villa

Fabulous villa with very spacious rooms and lovely sized pool. It also had a pool/table tennis table in the huge garage. It is worth noting that there is a lot of building works going on very closeby and whilst we were only there for a long weekend and therefore little or no noise, during the week the cranes could be quite annoying! Overall a great place - would recommend a car as the walk to the nearest shopping/bar area is a good 20 minutes.

Amazing House

The house is stunning and eberything is contemporary and modern. It has a quite high tech specification throughout the proprerty and is very well laid out and extremely well equipped in the Kitchen for a rental. We really appreciated that there were towels for the beach and the pool provided and that the house was immaculately clean. There was a lot of building work going on around the property but to be honest that really didn't detract from our stay at all as the main view is of the park opposite and the mountain which was beautiful. This property was perfect for our week of relaxation and we made good use of the outdoor kitchen

Not as advertised, but nice villa

Host decided to charge extra for pool heating which was not known until arrival (heated pool was the only reason we chose this villa in Autumn) and the price varied from €15 to €20 per day without warning. Villa is very remote from the beaches and the main shopping areas, so car is essential for steep hills. Otherwise a nice villa which was well equipped, shame about the extra and fluid charges.

Good stay

Despite some challenges, I had a pleasant stay at the villa. The location is convenient, with a supermarket nearby and just a 20-minute drive to Torrevieja. There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which didn’t significantly affect our stay. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a malfunctioning air conditioner for two days, so we couldn’t sleep there. However, the rest of the villa was excellent. My 2-year-old especially enjoyed the swimming pool. On the last day, the pool’s electricity failed, preventing it from closing properly and causing some debris to get into the water. Despite these issues, we had a good time overall.

Nice house

No negative points about the house itself. It was nice, big, clean , everything you need is there. However, we spend 1 month of vacation in a construction yard. they were building houses on the right, left and in front of the house. they started working from 7 am till 7 pm. Only not on sundays. constantly on and off driving from trucks, crane operations and other loud noises. We had to clean the full terras every other day cause of all the construction dust. So much for a peace and quiet vacation. If we knew this up front we would never have booked it. We also only knew 2 days before we arrive we had to pay a security deposit, cause we already left our homeland we didn't had that amount of cash with us. You can only get 300€ a time from the ATM machine and it costs 3€ every time you make a withdrawl. This could also be mentioned before so with could take the money from home.

Fantastic house with perfect outdoor spaces.

We were two families with a total of five children who spent a week in the house.We appreciated the quick and friendly communication with the property manager.There is some construction going on in the area, but it didn’t bother us at all.We are very pleased with our stay in the house.

Great 2 floor villa

Villa is very clean and modern. All as in photos. I travelled with small children and it was surprise that 3 of 4 bedrooms are on basement (17 step) or 4 step if you go trough garage by steep ramp. Pool (21 Celsius) cost separately 105/week but this was mentioned in the ad also. Area very quiet and peaceful. Closest shop/bar is 2km so it is better to have car.

La casa está todo nuevo y con materiales de alta calidad. A mejorar los colchones y almohadas y no tiene BBQ, es una plancha eléctrica que no tiene mucha potencia. La ubicación no nos gustó porque está lleno de obras alrededor construyendo otras casas y los ruidos molestan muy temprano. Tampoco nos gustó la comunicación con el personal que hacía la entrega y recogida de llaves. No era muy amable. La casa es perfecta para familias y amigos
