L'appartement comprend tout ce dont vous avez de besoin pour être confortable. Il est au centre-ville et proche de tout (même à pied) - du centre commercial, de l'hôpital, des écoles et du Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup.

\* 1,1 km de l'École Secondaire de Rivière-du-Loup;

Beau logement rénové en neuf qui comprend deux chambres (un lit queen par chambre), une cuisine entièrement équipée pour cuisiner (poêlons, chaudrons, ustenciles de cuisine, mixeur, plats Pyrex, tupperwares, ensemble de couteaux, etc.) avec électros neufs, une table et quatre chaises, un salon avec un sofa (deux places) et un lazy-boy (1 place), une salle de bain avec douche et un ensemble laveuse-sécheuse. Le tout est spacieux et confortable pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous!  
  
Le logement est privé et fait partie d'un triplex très tranquille. Pour accéder à l'appartement, nous vous donnerons un code unique pour la poignée à code. Vous aurez aussi accès à deux espaces de stationnement.
