Sehr zentral gelegen mit nur kurzen Gehwegen zur Seilbahn und diversen Läden. Gute Skischulen sind in der Nähe und eine Bushaltestelle für den kostenlosen Ski-Shuttle-Bus auch. Also Tip Top! Die Schlittenbahn ist der Knaller und ein Muss für Winterurlauber.
