### Lugar da Ribeira House

 Typical Madeiran stone built house perfect for a holiday for two or even alone. With us you will find a cozy space that will make you feel at home.   
 Casa Lugar da Ribeira has ground floor, where you will find the kitchen, dining area and support toilet. Upstairs our guests find a large and comfortable air-conditioned room with an en suite bathroom, all designed to provide the best possible experience for our guests. It should also be noted that our guests also have access to the house's terrace, which they can relax at the end of the day, have a meal on warmer days, sunbathe or just enjoy the view.  
Despite its privileged location outside the tourist centers, which will allow us to have a daily perception of a place, allowing the guest to experience a genuine stay, we are located 5 minutes from the main motorway, which joins the entire island. and allows you to move to all places, inside or outside the tourist centers, with ease, and yet 15 minutes from Funchal.  
 Our guests have access to a covered car park near the house, which allows them not to worry about leaving the car on the public road and outdoors. For those who choose not to rent a car it should be noted that we have in front of the house bus stop which will make it easier for our guests to get around. 5 minutes by car from the main road of Madeira Island and 15 minutes from the center of Funchal.  
 Still in the vicinity of the house our customers have access to various services such as restaurants, bakery / pastry shop, gas station and mini market.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Madère. Le logement est bien situé et de bonne taille. Parking idéal pour garer la voiture de location.L'hôte répond rapidement aux messages. Mais, la route est étrangement très bruyante, impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et nous avons eu un problème de blattes alors qu'aucune nourriture ou miettes de nourriture ne trainaient.

#### Semaine à Madere

Appartement très bien équipé et bien localisé ! Il est facile d’aller du Sud au nord à partir de cet emplacement. On est au calme comparativement à Funchal et la terrasse permet de faire des repas le soir au coucher de soleil. L’hôte répond rapidement et est disponible. Parking privé sur les lieux très pratique. Seul bémol : manque de luminosité de l’étage du bas et chambre un peu chaude (la climatisation fonctionnait mal) mais c’est tout !

#### Muy buen lugar

Todo limpio y funcional. Muy bien el aparcamiento propio. Bien situado para visitar toda la isla. Los dueños, muy simpáticos y atentos. La terraza (azotea) tiene una agradable vista de la montaña y el océano. Es fácil lavar la ropa y tenderla en la terraza.
