Stayed at Delfinia from 01.09 to 07.09 and was a well needed break. Arrived and located a first floor room which was exactly as described (Quadruple Room) but as we have a 2yr toddler with push chair this wasn't ideal. Chatted with Christina at reception and she managed to upgrade us to a lovely newly refurbished ground floor room with garden area... Perfect!
The staff at the hotel really couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Our first evening we needed Hot Milk and the night porter arranged it, along with a bottle of water and a snack.
During the stay the bar staff were so hard working, friendly and I am amazed that they nearly all speak 5 languages :-0
The entertainment team were good, doing aqua aerobics and games in the day and kids disco and dancing in the evening.
The food was typical Mediterranean buffet style, tasty and usually several choices and the hotel has done its best to get thru the Covid issues but this has led to some occasional short waiting times.
Rooms cleaned every other day, but we spilled a bottle of juice and the cleaners came within a couple of hours.
So, nice compact hotel with amazing staff ... As long as Covid stays away then we will pop back in October.
