The location can't be beat. At the north end of Dewey Beach, one block from the ocean and about 4 blocks from the bay, you can hear the surf from the parking lot.
It's quirky. Each room comes with its own fly swatter embossed with the name of the hotel no less. The climate control system is ancient. The walls are so thin I could hear sighing in the bathroom next door. The parking lot if made of small stones so as to not track dirt or mud into the rooms but which grab hold of your tires so it's hard to back out (in an all wheel drive car!)
Amenities were typical: microwave, coffee maker, fridge, TV with 20 stations, nice toiletries, extra towels and blankets (for when the heater doesn't work). Staff was very pleasant. Room rate was very reasonable. I think I'll be back.
