Some great features, but also challenges

Great, central location, but difficult to find as it's hidden inside a residential building. Apartments wouls be great if you're planning a longer stay, but are not kid-friendly (lot's of breakable decor easily accessible). Located in a pedestrian zone and parking is not particularly convenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Staff was friendly, but not particularly helpful. They offered no assistance with luggage even knowing we has a baby to juggle. Once we managed to cart all our luggage up several flights of stairs (the building's elevators don't go all the way to the entry level) to reception they didn't even offer to deliver the luggage to our room, but instead left it sitting in the lobby for several hours while we went back out. Breakfast was mediocre at best. If you're traveling light, staying for a while, have no kids, and want to be right in the heart of things then this is a good bet, otherwise you may find something else more satisfactory.
