Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Last minute cancellation

Well unfortunately we did not get to stay because 4 hours before we were suppose to check in she messaged and told us our reservation had been cancelled due to “cleaning”. And told us our money wouldn’t be refunded for another 15 days. Definitely a vacation let down.
