Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Minuspunkt ist die Außenoptik. Um das Haus herum ist es ziemlich chaotisch. Aber davon nicht täuschen lassen, die Wohnung ist top. In der Küche gibt es einen Zugang zur Nebenwohnung ( man kann auch die ganze Etage mieten). Uns wurde direkt alles gezeigt und so gut wie möglich erklärt, auch wenn die Kommunikation anfangs schwieriger war. Außerdem befindet sich das Apartment am Meer. Direkt am Haus findet man ein kleinen Weg, der in Richtung Kiesstrand und Meer geht.
