The living areas consist of a front room with flat screen TV & Wii Games suitable for kids or the young at heart. Towards the rear of the property is the open plan living, kitchen, dining and alfresco outdoor area- all with absolute WOW factor. The ambience in the living room is enhanced with a contemporary gas pebble fire. Reverse cycle air conditioners are in the living areas as well as every bedroom. The look & feel here is slick & modern whilst still evoking a warm and cosy feeling. The alfresco area is a master chefs haven with a plumbed in gas BBQ complete with extraction fan and timer controlled outdoor heating panels. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The main boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, Blu-ray and loads of wardrobe space. The immaculate ensuite has double shower. Bedroom two consists of 1 Queen with king sized doona and bedroom three has 1 trio (1 x Double on the bottom with 1 x Single above), plus 1 standard bunk (2 x singles), allowing the property to accept a total of 9 occupants. Please note that the bunks are ONLY suitable for children. Amaroo is located near Swan Bay and is approximately 4km’s from Queenscliff’s town centre. Nearby attractions include the Bellarine Rail Trail, great for cycling and bike enthusiasts with the beach and milk bar only a short stroll away.
