Spacious and fully equipped. Although a bit dated the building was well looked after and clean. Our unit overlooked the Malecon and while we expected some noise it was minimal. The location was excellent with many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The pool area was large (many loungers) and clean. There is also a well equipped BBQ area. An area of disappointment was that the Laundry facilities were in the basement and required advance booking with an associated fee, but right around the corner was a laundromat with excellent inexpensive service. Other minor areas for improvement would be a cheat sheet for the unit. Examples, explanation of the Laundry facilities, the purchasing filtered water, and an indication of where to find the Electrical Breaker panel (we needed to find this as the microwave would occasionally trip the switch). Overall, the issues were minimal and we would definitely stay there again. I would rate the unit a 9 out of 10. ##### Florence S.
