Les Résidences Gueguen - House Pool Vineyard

The Domaine Gueguen House is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home located 7 minutes from Chablis, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards in northern Burgundy.
This is a place for dreamers to recharge, reflect, and create. Relax in the pool surrounded by Chablis vines and enjoy sunsets against a starry night sky.
We offer tastings of wines from our estate.
Warning: Not suitable for the elderly—spiral staircase, difficult to access. Check-out is at 2 p.m. on Sundays.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for a group of friends, two couples, or small families.
During your stay, the house will be your private oasis. Feel free to explore the Chablis vineyard (we have 120.25 acres). Also, be sure to enjoy the pool (heated from May to September) and the incredible views from the pool terrace during your stay!

For check-in, we’ll provide you with a code for the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys; you may arrive anytime after 4 p.m. and check in on your own. Please return the keys before checking out at any time in the morning.

The village of Prehy is incredibly quiet (population 130) (no shops). This house is very close to many winegrowers’ estates. This also means that you may occasionally hear the sound of tractors for short periods of time. The village of Chablis is a 7-minute drive from the house. Chablis is a small community made up of winegrowers, artists, and food enthusiasts. In the village, you’ll find locally owned and operated restaurants, art galleries, wine shops, wine bars, and supermarkets. We’re also about a 20-minute drive from the town of Auxerre.
There are many wonderful places to visit during your stay at the house, including:
- Vézelay Basilica (45-minute drive)
- Château de Guédelon (45-minute drive)
- Pontigny Abbey (20-minute drive)
- Renaissance castles (20-minute drive)

There is one airport to fly into when visiting Chablis, but you’ll need to rent a car or ask our local friend, the taxi driver, Taxi Blisien to come pick you up.

Welcome to our Domaine Gueguen! This house was built in 1850. With over 100 acres of vineyards on the property, the views from the garden are magical. If you’re here for it, the sunset on the pool terrace is incredible. We offer a wine tasting during your stay; we’ll explain the Chablis wine region to you, and you’ll enjoy a lovely complimentary wine tasting!
