The Space:

Bed linens and towels provided optionally for 80 BRL per stay.

Getting Around:

You can decide to enjoy the surroundings by walking. Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would also be recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Uber.



Other Things to Note:

You must bring your own linens and towels. There is a separate contract that needs to be signed, apart from the implicit one from the platform to present to the building, which requires it, to authorize your entrance.



Infants are not instantly allowed. Please consult with us.



All bookings require a security deposit of 550 BRL.



Please wash the sand off by the building entrance before entering the apartment after the beach.



The most important House Rules are:



* Silence from 10pm till 8am

* Social visits must be pre-approved by sending photos of their IDs for building authorization, and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, being a maximum of 4 people per day

* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in

* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours

* Only listed guests can sleep over

* Intended use is residential only

* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden

* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected

* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra

* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged

* This booking requires security deposit

* Returning the keys with delay without our prior approval (check-out time is up to 10h00) can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent

* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We are currently doing self check-ins and check-outs and leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
