Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
It was filthy and in an unsafe neighborhood . We sent photos to VRBO and they were appalled. There was no heat and it was freezing. We were told that they were not allowed to turn on the heat, which is a complete lie because every else we went had heat. I am a cancer victim and I’m not supposed to be in a situation like that. This is compromise my health, and I am immunocompromised. This was unsanitary.By the time we actually got into the room, it was about 9:30 PM which was a total debacle. The gentleman at the front just sat around to smoke cigarette and didn’t speak English. We left right away and told them we were not happy and they told us that they were going to charge us 50% which they’re not allowed to because they had advertising that was misleading. Apparently my friend saw a person getting arrested outside our hotel. Very unsafe place and frankly disgusting.
