Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Prägraten a. G. Gemeindeamt" 350 m. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schigebiet Matrei-Kals 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. IMPORTANT: BEDDING IS NOT INCLUDED - guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
