Spacious Sea Front Apartment

Our recently refurbished apartment is extremely convenient to everything Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer. On Southsea Common and within a minutes walk of the seafront, beach, shops and restaurants. Solent Retreat is a private apartment, with your own front door, lounge, double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and king size sofa bed. All bed linen and towels are provided.

• Free unlimited WiFi and Now TV (including access to all Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment channels).
• Large open plan living with 3 seater sofa’s , feature dining bar table with four chairs, HD TV, Blu-Ray player and Bluetooth sound system.
• Modern kitchen area including Nespresso coffee pod machine, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster.
• Master bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe.
• King size sofa bed in addition to lounge sofa space.
• Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
• Central heating & double glazing throughout.
• We provide a free parking permit.

Some of our favourites are The Parade Tearooms, Southsea Coffee, Restaurant 27, Soprano’s and Sant-Yago.

A great location for a visit to the Portsmouth area.
Solent Retreat provided an excellent base for our short stay in Portsmouth. It was a pleasure to meander along the seafront to Gunwharf Quays and to take the 50 minute boat trip around the dockyard. There is plenty to see en route, with things of interest and for the entertainment for all ages. It was nice to have real chairs and sofas in the apartment rather than having to use the sofa bed as the main seating, which is often the case in holiday lets, and we appreciated the provision of kitchen items and parking permits. The property handbook provided all the information we needed for an enjoyable stay.

De matras van het bed was zeer slecht, op de zitbank kon je ook niet goed zitten. Douche was niet netjes, wc bril zat los. Keuken was niks op aan te merken.
