I liked the view from the room and the breakfast.
However, yes, the owner needs to make a profit, BUT, he needs to make his customers comfortable and happy.
The whole place is dated and seriously needs a facelift.
To save money, he didn’t turn the heating on in the morning when the outside temperature was 7°c I had to ask him because the room was chilly. The beddings and the towels are very old, fraying and discoloured. He needs to invest in new sets.
He didn’t leave a spare toilet roll, and I had to ask for some. We stayed for a couple of days and he only left two sachets of coffee, I had to ask for more.
Basically, this owner needs to take more interest in managing his business, not just watching his bank balance. If he keeps upsetting his customers like this, his business will go on an irreconcilable downhill spiral.
I will not be staying at this place again.
